Habitat for Humanity of Chester County will once again host its Annual Hops for Homes Beer Festival on Jun. 15.

The Hops for Homes Beer Festival has become a beloved Father’s Day weekend tradition and is a day filled with live music, delicious food, and an impressive selection of craft beers, ciders, wine, and spirits all in support of Habitat’s mission to provide affordable housing solutions in the community.

This year’s festival will take place in the overflow parking lot of the Exton Mall, offering ample space for attendees to gather and enjoy the festivities.

“We’re thrilled to once again host the Hops for Homes Beer Festival,” said Christy Kane, Director of Development and Marketing at Habitat for Humanity of Chester County. “Not only is it a fantastic opportunity for our community to come together and celebrate, but it’s also a crucial fundraiser for our organization. Every ticket sold and every sponsor secured brings us one step closer to achieving our goal of ensuring everyone in Chester County has a safe, decent, and affordable place to call home.”

Attendees can look forward to sampling a wide variety of beverages from local and regional breweries, wineries, and distilleries, as well as enjoying live music performances from Acoustic Artist Chris Lebresco and the band Flavor Wave throughout the day. In addition to the beer tasting, there will be food trucks, games, craft vendors, and contests, ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy.

One of the highlights of this year’s festival is the opportunity to meet Avery Hookey, one of the female brewers from Iron Hill Brewery and a proud member of the Pink Boots Society. The Pink Boots Society, a local nonprofit dedicated to empowering women in the brewing industry, has collaborated with Iron Hill to brew something truly special — the Suffragette City Berliner Weisse. A portion of every pint sold at Iron Hill in Exton will be donated back to the Pink Boots Society, supporting their mission to advance women’s careers in brewing.

The success of the Hops for Homes Beer Festival relies on the support of its generous sponsors. Habitat for Humanity of Chester County especially extends its gratitude to Bentley Systems, the presenting sponsor, and Kreischer Miller, the tasting glass sponsor.

Tickets for the Hops for Homes Beer Festival are on sale now and can be purchased online through Eventbrite. Designated Driver tickets are also available at a heavily reduced price. Water and non-alcoholic beverage options will be available throughout the event.
