The new restaurant offers a one-of-a-kind dining adventure combining excellent food, a selection of local beers, and an enchanting atmosphere. 

The multi-level venue previously housed The Note by Bam Margera. Its once famous stage is now an exposed, open-concept kitchen. 

The new eatery features cozy indoor seating and an outdoor second-story patio, along with an exclusive Chef’s Table offering patrons a chance to see the culinary spectacle up close. The rooftop section is currently being completed will open later this spring. 

Highlights on the menu include everything from the Warm Baby Kale Salad and Rib Fingers to Beer and Honey Chicken. Meanwhile, the partnership with Imprint Beer ensures an exceptional selection of craft beers. 

“Serum Kitchen and Taphouse is more than a restaurant; it’s a destination where food, drink, and atmosphere converge,” said the Diehls. “We’ve poured our hearts into making Serum a place where every visit is memorable, and we’re thrilled to share this journey with our guests.”
