Philadelphia and Exton native Aaron Johnson is the CEO and Founder of Ball Beyond / Ball Beyond Sports / Beyond Performance Group, where he oversees all operations and creates opportunities for the market and people.

Johnson, whose first job was at Foot Locker at the age of 14, attended West Chester East High School and St. Thomas More School. After high school, he attended Penn State University, earning a degree in communications and psychology.

He credits his mother and father with having the biggest impact on his career and cites his proudest moment as playing professional basketball for 11 years and helping 15 players reach the NBA.

Johnson’s favorite Chester County restaurant is Slow Hand.
