Jennifer Lawrence (not the actress) is excited to join the CCRES family as an HR recruiter and “make a difference daily for our students.”

“I enjoy watching others succeed!” she said.

Lawrence has worked in education as a teacher and administrator since 2013, including seven years of experience in Mexico.

She began her recruiting journey in 2019 as a recruiter for a school she was working for in Mexico.

Jennifer Lawrence has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Liberty University, graduating in 2013 with a degree in Spanish Education.

“After graduating, I decided to improve my Spanish by moving to Mexico. I loved Mexico so much that I stayed for seven years, working as a teacher, recruiter, and finally, as the primary coordinator at a private school in Guadalajara.”

Her happiest place is on the beach, and in the summer, you can usually find her kayaking. She enjoys traveling to different countries and experiencing other cultures.

She’s the owner of two cats she adopted in Mexico and brought home with her.

CRES is a non-profit human resources organization that partners with intermediate units, school districts, and behavioral health programs to provide support staff working with children and adults with special needs.
