CCRES honors staffer Yuana S. on assignment at Kings Highway Elementary School in the Coatesville area for her outstanding work at the school

A registered behavior technician and staffing coordinator with Advanced Clinical Services at the Chester County Intermediate Unit visited the school and was inundated with positive comments about Yuana and a fellow staff member.

“While I will often get a comment from the teacher about a staff doing nice work after I introduce myself, I had multiple staff at Kings Highway Elementary in the Coatesville Area School District stop me or come up to me after the staff walked away to mention just how much they appreciate Yuana there,” the coordinator said.

Yuan, working with the other staff member, has changed the culture in the school room in a positive way this year, he said.

They are always positive, always willing to help in any way, and they take feedback well, he said.

“I had another staff come up to mention how lovely the two of them are and how much they enjoy having them in their building. It was just very nice, and I wanted to take a moment to pass some of the great work that is going on there along to CCRES,” the staff coordinator said.

Yuana said it is “truly a blessing to be part of the CCRES team.”

Believing that a mind is a terrible thing to waste, Yuana said her goal during the school year is to help every child reach their potential.
