West Chester security startup Harris Technology Services recently landed a $1.5 million investment and is looking at major growth in the next twelve months, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal

The company already tripled its headcount from 10 employees in 2022 to the current 30. This year has been a good one for the company in many other ways. Harris is on track to hit $12 million in revenue for the year, significantly outstripping its $8 million revenue goal.

The company is also expected to reach $20 million in revenue next year as well as more than double its employees to between 60 and 75 people in that same period.

The latest $1.5 million infusion came from Accelerated Partners, an Alabama-based venture capital firm helmed by Philadelphia native Chris Hussar in September.

Harris, which already has a satellite office in Atlantic City, plans to relocate to a larger headquarters in West Chester as it continues to grow, which will be followed by a number of regional offices across the country.

“We want to be a national player,” said founder Morgan Harris
