Aston’s Susan Noles talked about her experiences on The Golden Bachelor after she was released from the show following its fifth episode, writes Emily Bloch of The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Noles said her goodbyes to Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner last week after she failed to receive a rose signaling her return the following week.

Noles presented herself as the life of the party, combining Delco’s sass with moments of support and comfort.

After applying to the Golden Bachelor three-and-a-half years ago, Noles got the call in March asking if she was interested.  Since then, she’s been “living my best life.”

Noles had previously been on dating sites, but she found people weren’t genuine.

“I love being in love, and I really tried,” she said. “But I believe after this show, it cured me.”

Noles said she always felt she needed a man and now believes she’s a woman that a man needs.

She was disappointed she couldn’t bring more of the Philadelphia region to the show.

“I wanted to make a cheesesteak for Gerry so bad, and my producers were trying to get the stuff in. But I knew rolls wouldn’t be good. And I’m like, “You gotta come to Philly.”
