The Social Lounge in downtown West Chester, which ranked among the 24 best spots in the Philadelphia region that offer great fried chicken sandwiches, is run by Donnie Moore and inspired by New Orleans. It offers a variety of inspired fried chicken dishes, including a mouthwatering entree topped with crab meat in sweet lobster cream.
However, the best the restaurant-bar has to offer is its fried chicken sandwich made from buttermilk-brined fried chicken dipped in habanero honey butter and served with slaw and pickles on a brioche bun.
