Baba’s Bucha’s Tasting Room in Phoenixville will host the third Full Moon Feast — an event that honors centuries of celebrating the full moon tradition — on Aug. 1 from 7 PM to 9:30 PM, writes Marilyn Sanders for PhillyBite Magazine

Guests are invited to make their own traditions by enjoying delicious food inspired by the Sturgeon Moon. Olga Sorzano, a professional chef and owner of Baba’s Brew, will offer guests a complimentary kombucha to welcome them.

A tasting experience led by Heather Bloodworth from Huemanworth will follow along with a memento of the full moon to commemorate the evening.

There are only 22 seats available. Tickets can be purchased online

The three-course delicacy prepared by Sorzano will feature a variety of dishes showcasing seasonal, local, and organic ingredients. The food will be served family-style, which will allow guests to share their experiences with other members of the community.

“Full Moon Feasts are more than a series of pop-ups to me,” said Sorzano. “I hope these dinners become a meaningful tradition for the community.”
