These Chester County Towns Have the Fastest-Growing Home Prices

Some of the fastest-growing home prices in Pennsylvania can be found in Chester County towns, according to a report by Stacker.

Avondale ranked No. 41 on the list with an average home value of $549,061, with a one-year price change of 4.4 percent. West Grove made No. 39, with an average home value of $430,661 and a one-year price increase of 5.8 percent. 

Glenmoore was next on the list at No.38, jumping 4.1 percent in the past year and with an average home value of $605,582. Downingtown, which ranked at No. 35, had a one-year price change of 4.9 percent.  

Chester Springs ranked No. 17, Paoli, was No. 14 on the list, then Kennett Square and Malvern made No. 13 and No. 12.  

Chesterbrook was in the top ten cities with the highest growing home prices at No. 8 with a one-year price change of 7.9 percent. West Chester ranked No. 6 with an average home value of $584,665 and a one-year price change of 6.9 percent.  

Berwyn was No. 3 on the list with a typical home value of $844,063 and Devon ranked No. 1 at $867,332 with a one-year price change of 7.7 percent.
