Philadelphia Eagles and Exton-based West Pharmaceutical Services have established a sustainability partnership to promote environmental benefits by building on their long-standing commitment to both sustainability and community development programs, according to PhiladelphiaEagles.com.

The main aspect of the partnership will be West’s Field Goal Forest. Eagles and the global manufacturer will plant 20 trees for every field goal throughout the season. Additionally, the team will collaborate with West on an annual tree-planting event once the season ends.

“It’s a privilege to team up with West Pharmaceutical Services – a company that shares a passion for giving back to the community and creating more sustainable solutions for our environment,” said Brian Napoli, Eagles’ Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnerships. “We admire the work West has been doing as a sustainability leader in the healthcare industry and look forward to working alongside them to enhance the impact of our Go Green program.”

“West is excited to work alongside the Philadelphia Eagles who are internationally recognized as environmental stewards across all areas of their business,” said Eric M. Green, West CEO.

Eagles’ Go Green program and its commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly measures has been internationally recognized.
