Two new tenants are set to call the Bradford Plaza Shopping Center in East Bradford home, according to a staff report from The Daily Local News.

One will be the 1,650-square foot physical therapy provider NovaCare. Also leasing 1,300 square feet of retail space will be the family-owned Bert’s Homemade Ice Cream and Italian Ice.

The shopping center has lots of parking and a good mix of retail options including a martial arts studio, a toy store, Giant supermarket, Petco, Orangetheory Fitness, and State Farm Insurance

Bert’s is owned by siblings Jill Persico and Chris Anderson. Their business’ namesake is their late father. It will be open year-round.

NovaCare will provide the community with an array of physical therapy such as hand therapy, for injury recovery and chronic health conditions.

There have been no opening dates announced for the businesses. The shopping center attracts nearly 2 million visors annually.
