Denise Dryburgh, who grew up in Spring City and graduated from Spring-Ford High School, is the Client Relationship Manager at C. Raymond Davis & Sons, an award-winning construction management firm based in Kimberton.

“My job involves developing relationships with designers and end-users in the private sector in Pennsylvania and New Jersey to grow our presence in the markets we serve,” she said. “Developing these relationships enables us to secure opportunities to compete for projects or to work directly for clients without competition. I love the long sales process of construction and the friendships that are made along the way. The caliber of the projects that we’re involved with also makes it a very exciting process to be a part of!”

Dryburgh credits Daniel Donatelli, the President of C. Raymond Davis & Sons, with having the biggest impact on her career.

“He was the first person to interview me,” she said. “He created a position for me and has always believed in my capabilities. He has given me the opportunity to spread my wings, succeed personally, and help the company thrive. Daniel is a servant leader who puts others’ needs and goals above his own. It’s a pleasure working with a team who believes in the abilities that you bring to the table, day in and day out.”

Dryburgh’s proudest professional achievement is her long tenure at C. Raymond Davis & Sons.

“Every day, I have the opportunity to present myself and the company to new or existing clients,” she said. “When I’m able to share time with these people, I’m just proud to be part of the team.”

Dryburgh’s favorite Chester County nightspot is Phoenixville.

“Phoenixville has had a special place in my heart for many years,” she said. “My husband and I like to visit town on a Friday night, have dinner at Sage or Paloma’s, and catch some music at Root Down. Always a fun time!”

Dryburgh and the rest of the 2023 Class of VISTA Millennial Superstars will be honored at the Awards Reception & Celebration on Thursday, May 18 at Penn State Great Valley.
