For Allison Woerth of West Chester, attempting to buy tickets for the Eagles’ NFC championship game against the 49ers was reminiscent of the Taylor Swift ticket fiasco, writes Nikki Dementri for CBS Philadelphia.

Many people were left without the option to see the game in person last Sunday when the Eagles punched their ticket to the Super Bowl.

Woerth was looking for tickets to give to her dad, but she came out of the experience empty-handed. Walking away without a ticket brought back memories of another failed attempt to get seats for an event through Ticketmaster.

“I tried to get Taylor Swift tickets through Ticketmaster back in the fall,” said Woerth, “and I had an unsuccessful experience with that as well.”

She recalled being in the queue for about half an hour before the ticket sales opened.

“I saw standing-room-only tickets for like $600 dollars,” she said, “and that’s when I exited and got on with my day.”
