Ice skating is a favorite winter activity for many, and luckily, there are plenty of ice rinks in Chester County where you can take your skates for a spin, writes Gina Lizzo for Main Line Today. 

Ice Line Quad Rinks in West Chester is an outdoor rink that is ideal for both date night and family fun outings, thanks in part to the pub within the building with its variety of delicious foods on the menu for dining before or after your session. 

Winter Park at The Creamery of Kennett Square is also adding an ice rink to its lineup of Winter Activities on Jan. 6. The rink is made of eco-friendly, synthetic ice Glice. 

Meanwhile, Power Play Rinks in Exton is a family-friendly rink offering public skating throughout the winter months. There are skating lessons with a specialized program for adults and teens. 

The list is rounded out by PNY Sports Arena, also in West Chester. Here you can enjoy the ice or simply decide to support your friends and family from the club box lounge.
