Shipping/Receiving & Stockroom Associate

This position will manage the shipment and receiving of all products, materials, and supplies; scan and sort incoming and outgoing stock; track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments; and maintain a clean and neat work area. The person will promptly unload trucks and deliveries and sort and stock receivables; engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude; and distribute any deliveries to the addressed office personnel.

The ideal candidate will have the following competencies: receiving, stocking, and stacking. The person will have good written and verbal communication skills; a strong sense of time organization and urgency; the ability to work independently and within a team; and basic computer knowledge.

CNC Operator/Manual Machinist

This position produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine safely and accurately. The person is responsible for ensuring the company produces quality parts and tools specific to engineering drawings.

The ideal candidate will have skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling, as well as precision measurement tools; the ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings; mechanical aptitude and good math skills; and functional and technical skills.

IT/Media Specialist

This position will assist in monitoring and maintaining the organization’s computer network. He/she will assist with incoming help desk phone calls and e-mails and resolve support issues in a courteous, timely, and effective manner. The person will set up and deploy new desktops, laptops, and tablets; perform software and hardware troubleshooting; inventory and maintain IT equipment; and present creative and innovative ways to film and photograph machinery.

The ideal candidate will be efficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and with computer peripherals such as printers, scanners, and wired and wireless network cards and media devices. He/she will have the ability to work unsupervised, handle frequent interruptions, and prioritize work. The person will have the ability to study existing products, new products, and technologies to advance his/her knowledge.
