New Restaurant Brings Authentic Indian Flavors to Exton

By

A new addition to the Exton foodie scene, Persis Indian Grill, brings authentic dishes at the site of the former Nudy’s Café, writes Ed Williams for Main Line Today.

The staff at Persis’ only Pennsylvania location help guide patrons through the aromatic menu. Dishes are made from scratch and comprise of freshly made ingredients. Chefs are extensively trained and have decades of experience, according to the restaurant’s website.

The grill, which is part of a national chain, features Indian street snack tikki chaat and the signature dum biryani. There’s also an array of desserts to choose from, including the Perisan rose milk cake and the Punjabi carrot-based dessert pudding.

There are also to-go boxes available if patrons want to go the take-out route.

“Indian food is so much more than just curry and spice – it is a blend of cultures, cuisines, regions, healing, and love,” reads their website.
