A women-owned, full-service inbound and outbound call center located in the Union Meeting Corporate Center on Harvest Drive in Blue Bell, CV offers a steady stream of job openings and utilizes local business providers for banking, insurance, staffing, and more.
CV makes a positive impact on Montco’s tax base by employing over 100 full-time staff members, a 30 percent increase over 2021.
The call center also utilizes numerous staffing agencies with local offices in Montgomery County to fill as many as 150 seasonal jobs. A permanent job offer may sometimes be extended, and a number of the 2022 hires began as temporary employees.
CV’s Controller, Jenny Bongart, has been with the organization since its 2012 launch.
Bongart’s role includes all functions of the corporate office, from transaction processing to preparing and analyzing financial statements. She works closely with the management team in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
“It has been a rewarding experience to watch the company grow as we celebrated our 10th anniversary in March. I was especially proud to be part of the transition team that pivoted to embrace remote operations and maintain service levels during social distancing,” she said.
A CV shareholder since 2014, Bongart has a vested interest in the sound operation of the company and helps leadership make informed business decisions based on reporting she supplies on industry trends, profitability, and utilization rates.
CV is known for its unique staffing model that pairs subject-matter experts with clients to share their expertise as a seamless extension of the organization. Many CV employees are experienced mature workers who are semiretired, parents returning to work, transitioning professionals, and veterans and their families.
