Tuesday with Michael: How to Have Your Best Year Ever

By

Spend 15 minutes each evening reviewing and evaluating these questions to help you focus on what you are doing and the positives in your life.

These questions are designed to help you stay on track and to help you prioritize the next day to achieve the results you want both personally and professionally.

Also keep in mind that life is a journey, and we are daily moving progressively closer to our goals.  Be mindful of every moment of every day to live life to the fullest.

Remember if you keep doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep getting what you’ve always got.  Start to focus your time, effort, and energy on outcomes rather than just activities.

Execute your plan each week around your goals, high payoff activities, and quality world pictures that satisfy your needs.  I guarantee you will see a massive and measurable difference in your results – your success will reach new levels – you will succeed beyond the beyond.

Some of the questions are:

  • What’s working?
  • What’s not working?
  • Based on the answer to those 2 questions the next question is:
  • What can I simplify, eliminate, delegate or outsource?

What are you top 3 High Payoff Activities? (HPA’s are THOSE ACTIVITIES THAT BRING THE STRONGEST RESULTS IN YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY).

High payoff activities mean spending time doing the right thing, in the right way, at the right time, and for the right length of time. When you spend your time on high payoff activities, you will be more productive. You will be working smarter, not harder!

Next question:

  • What are you biggest time wasters?
  • Last 2 questions:
  • What were my accomplishments for the day?
  • What lessons did I learn today?
