400 West Elm will offer a rooftop deck with 360-degree views.

Development is now underway for 400 West Elm, a 13-story, 348-unit residential high-rise in Conshohocken along the Schuylkill River waterfront, writes Vitali Ogorodnikov for Philadelphia Yimby.

Not only will the new building have a lovely view of the Schuylkill, but it also sits within a 10-minute walk of the Conshohocken Station, providing an easy commute to Center City for future residents.

The building was designed by JDAVIS with the intent to offer luxury residential apartment accommodations suited for an urban space that isn’t typically seen within the area.

A wide variety of amenities will be available to residents of the new apartment building as well. Some of these services include dry cleaning, package delivery, concierge, pet grooming, and more.

At 400 West Elm, there will also be several facilities available such as outdoor kitchens, a swimming pool, fitness center, conference room, and private workspaces.

The new high-rise is set to be one of the tallest in Conshohocken, helping to add more depth to the area’s skyline.

Conshohocken is currently experiencing quite the development boom, and promises have been made to add around 1,000 new residential units to the town, especially to the neglected waterfront area, over the years.
