Accounts Payable Specialist
This position will report directly to the Controller, process accounts payable, and review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment; respond to all vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies; and maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
The ideal candidate will possess experience with accounts payable (preferably three to five years); a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills; knowledge of basic accounting principles; research and resolution skills and data analysis and multi-tasking skills; and the ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
Experienced HVAC Commercial Service Tech
This position will service, repair, and/or propose replacement of furnaces, air conditioners, duct distribution systems, boilers, water heaters, chillers, rooftop package units, temperature control systems, related piping, and electrical; troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues that arise that would keep the equipment from functioning properly; communicate to the client on the proper operation and owner’s maintenance of the installed equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess a good working knowledge of the company’s products and services, which may require additional study and training, both on and off site; establish goals and objectives as they relate to the position, along with a plan of action to attain or exceed set goals; have superior interpersonal skills and be capable of understanding client needs; and the ability to work under time constraints, budgetary limits, and pressures.
Commercial HVAC Maintenance Agreement Salesperson
This position will schedule and keep appointments with prospects and customers; effectively develop and communicate professional sales proposals to clients; maintain reporting of leads, in-progress active prospects, and sales forecast; contribute to the development of products/services and marketing strategies through creative packaging of company capabilities; and increase and maintain profitable sales by working with customers to identify and satisfy customer needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, the equivalent, or five years of service sales success; computer skills; the ability to multi-task; two to five years of proven sales experience; time and activity management skills; and a valid driver’s license.
