Senior Business Systems Analyst

This position maintains and updates key business systems data and business content online; implements and supports user forms and workflows using Microsoft SharePoint platforms; and supports system design and development through stakeholder reviews, requirements gathering, and design testing.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in information systems, business administration, computer science, or a related discipline; five years of experience in business analysis; and experience with InfoPath and/or Microsoft Power Platform.

Assistant Director of Operations and Compliance

This position reviews Pell Grant-eligible students and awards grants to qualifying applicants; creates training material to onboard new financial aid staff; maintains and updates the policies and procedures manual; and supports the director with NCAA Division II compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience working in a financial aid office; experience with higher education financial aid and Title IV reconciliation processes; and experience working with People Soft Student Information System.

Senior User Services Lead

This position leads and manages the IT Help Desk team, including Service Desk operations and IT Procurement; supervises personnel and monitors incident trends; and oversees project lifecycles, including gathering requirements, defining scope, and assisting with design and implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration; a minimum of five to seven years of leadership experience in customer service; experience managing ITSM systems; and experience managing ServiceNow.
