With Two Key Factors Set to Affect Economy in 2021, CCEDC to Host 17th Annual Economic Outlook on Friday

By

The Chester County Economic Development Council will host its 17th Annual Economic Outlook – entitled “Impacts of COVID-19 on a Post-Election Economy” – on Friday, Jan. 8 from 12:45-2:30 PM.

Area economic leaders discuss challenges and trends ahead in 2021, as a new administration takes office and we continue to deal with COVID-19.

James Glassman, the Managing Director and Head Economist for Commercial Banking at Chase, and Patti Brennan, the President and CEO at Key Financial, will be the speakers.

A publisher of independent research on the principal forces shaping the economy and financial markets, Glassman is regularly cited in the financial media, where he is also a frequent commentator on economic policy issues. Additionally, he is a long-standing participant in the widely followed Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia Survey of Professional Forecasters and the National Association of Business Economists’ panel of macroeconomic forecasters.

Known for communicating complex financial concepts in simple, understandable, and meaningful terms, Brennan is consistently ranked as one of America’s Top Financial Advisors – a feat very few advisors achieve. She will share her impressions on the local and personal issues to focus on for 2021.

Registration is required to receive the viewing link, which will be sent 48 hours before the event.
