With Paoli-Based Entrepreneur as Controlling Agent, Eton Bay Partners Buys $10 Million Mansion in South Florida

With Lauren Wylonis, the founder and CEO of KingsHaven Properties, a real estate investment and property management firm based in Paoli, as the controlling agent, Eton Bay Partners has bought a waterfront mansion in Key Biscayne, Fla., for $10 million, writes Brian Bandell for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The residence was purchased by Eton Bay Partners, the company controlled by the Joseph R. Zebrowitz 2011 Family Trust, with Wylonis listed as the trust’s registered agent. Wylonis, who also owns KingsHaven, a high-end lighting store in Paoli, was formerly married to Zebrowitz, who is the president of Versalus Health in Newtown Square.

The home was constructed on an 18,212-square-foot lot in 1998.

The stunning mansion has seven bedrooms and seven full and two half bathrooms. Among the numerous amenities are an elevator, gym, summer kitchen, and a library. There is also a large pool and a sizeable deck.

To top it off, the home is situated along a lagoon that leads to Biscayne Bay.

The sale price was equal to $1,146 per square foot.
