• Be specific about your learning and development goals and put them in your calendar so you stick with them.

You are truly your most important asset. We will not accomplish the bigger goals we want in the future unless we become the person we need to become to achieve those goals.

Growth is not an automatic process; we have to be deliberate and take specific action steps to develop into the people we want to be.
