Independent Banker magazine, the award-winning monthly publication of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA), has named Meridian Bank as one of its 2020 Best Community Banks to Work For.

The honor is a testament to the bank’s efforts to create an exceptional work experience for employees.

Selections were based on a detailed questionnaire and a nationwide survey of more than 5,700 full-time community bank employees administered by an independent research agency.

Key criteria considered in selecting this year’s honorees included: work environment, compensation, leadership and corporate culture, and opportunity for recognition and advancement.
