Centric Bank Partners with Fair Housing Council for Homebuyer Education

Centric Bank donated $5,000 in November to The Fair Housing Council of the Capital Region in a partnership that will bring educational opportunities to first-time homebuyers in the Harrisburg area in 2021.

Centric Bank supports the mission of The Fair Housing Council, which is

  • to provide access to safe, decent, and affordable housing, free of discrimination
  • to educate and empower all citizens in the area of homeownership and landlord/tenant rights
  • to enhance their opportunities through effective housing, budget, and credit counseling

Centric Bank’s mortgage team will participate in The Fair Housing Council’s First-Time Homebuyer’s Workshop program throughout 2021 by sharing their expertise with attendees about the mortgage process, loan programs available, and requirements when applying for credit.
