Centric Bank recently named Martin Haenn as Vice President, Financial Center Manager of its Devon Financial Center, which will open this fall at 105 Lancaster Avenue.

In this role, Haenn is responsible for new business development, meeting service and operational goals, and leading a team of skilled banking professionals at Centric Bank’s new Devon Financial Center. He is currently based out of Centric Bank’s Commercial Lending Office in Devon, where he offers full-service Concierge Banking to Centric’s clients.

Haenn has more than 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, most recently with M&T Bank in Retail Banking. He was responsible for assisting team members in achieving their goals by developing their sales and service skills. He provided best-in-class service to help his clients achieve their financial goals.

Haenn holds an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University. He is a graduate of the Consumer Banking School located at the University of Virginia. He also possesses a Gallup Great Workplace Award for his outstanding ability to lead his team. He is actively involved in the Main Line Chamber of Commerce and the Great Valley Little League, where he is a coach.

Centric Bank also named Mary Ann Murtha as Vice President, Financial Center Manager of its Doylestown Concierge Financial Center.

Murtha has 18-plus years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, most recently with Huntingdon Valley Bank as Chief Retail Officer. She was responsible for increasing deposit and revenue growth, along with assisting team members to design sales campaigns and monthly community outreach campaigns.

Murtha holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Philadelphia University and an associate’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She was recently recognized as NAWBO – Greater Philadelphia Chapter Board Member of the Year.
