Jen Croneberger, a born storyteller and the founder of Chester Springs-based JLynne Consulting Group, is a sought-after speaker and thought leader, writes Lisa Dukart for Main Line Today.

Croneberger learned the power of oration from her father, a bishop in the Episcopal Church. She also developed her writing at an early age through poetry.

Since then, she has used those skills to become a successful motivational speaker and coach. Over the years, she has worked with a number of prominent companies – including Vanguard, Nike, and QVC – as well as the U.S. Department of Defense.

During her speeches, she shares her insights on compassionate leadership and belonging within common spaces.

For Croneberger, this includes being “authentically yourself and learning how to really listen and connect with your people, your teams.”

She believes that authenticity is even more important in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.

“As we’re starting to emerge from the rubble of all of this, as we come out of this cocoon, we have an opportunity to do it better than we were doing it before,” she said.
