Aqua Pennsylvania Promotes Nottingham Resident to Maintenance Manager

Aqua Pennsylvania has promoted Nottingham resident Tim Stanley from the position of field supervisor to maintenance manager for Great Valley operations.

In his new role, Stanley will be responsible for the daily operations of four maintenance crews comprising 20 employees, two Pennsylvania One Call locators, and one leak survey technician.

“Tim brings 26 years of hands-on and management experience in both maintenance and construction activities in the water industry,” said Aqua Pennsylvania Great Valley Area Director Michael Greim. “He understands the intricacies of the industry and is dedicated to providing safe drinking water and reliable service to our community. We are fortunate to have him as an integral part of the Great Valley team, and we look forward to his leadership in his new role.”

Stanley joined Aqua Pennsylvania in 1998 when Aqua purchased the West Chester Water Authority, where he worked since 1994. He has held multiple positions within Aqua’s Great Valley operations in Chester County, including utility worker and backhoe operator for the maintenance department, construction crew foreman, and most recently, as field supervisor, a position to which he was promoted to in 2019.

Stanley has an associate degree in construction management from Ashworth College and holds numerous water and maintenance certifications in Pennsylvania. He is also a member of Aqua’s Training, Tools, and Equipment committee, Rigging committee, and other industry sub-committees.
