Glenmoore Native Named Immaculata’s Most Outstanding Female Scholar Athlete of the Year

Immaculata University’s Department of Athletics and Recreation has named Glenmoore native Carly Quigley as its Most Outstanding Female Senior Scholar Athlete of the Year.

A four-year starter on the Immaculata women’s soccer team, Quigley, a Downingtown East High School graduate, has been a fixture on the Mighty Macs’ backline throughout her career. As a junior, she was named the Atlantic East Conference’s Defensive Player of the Year.

Inside the classroom, Quigley has maintained a 3.92 GPA in Elementary and Special Education. She has also been a three-year member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and has served as the president of SAAC each of the last two years, while also serving as the athletic liaison within the Immaculata Student Government Association each of the last two years.

Patrick Zeoli, a native of Windsor, N.J., was named Immaculata’s Most Outstanding Male Senior Scholar Athlete of the Year. He was a four-year member of the university’s golf team and a two-year member of its men’s volleyball team.

In golf, Zeoli recorded the best stroke average on the team in his sophomore and junior campaigns. In volleyball, he concluded his career with the Mighty Macs ranked third in kills in program history.

Inside the classroom, Zeoli recorded a 3.93 GPA while majoring in Nutrition and minoring in Mathematics. He also served as the Vice President of the Kappa Omicron Nu Honor Society.
