UX Designer

This position prototypes, designs, updates, and manages existing website, landing, and campaign pages; provides user journey recommendations verbally and visually with low-fidelity prototypes; and promotes UX best practices with a mobile-first approach.

The ideal candidate will possess experience with prototyping, wireframing, and UX design tools like Adobe XD/Sketch/Invision; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; and exposure to Google Analytics, Social Media Campaigns, and Marketing Automation.

Senior Revenue Accountant

This position performs various month-end and quarter-end close activities to meet monthly revenue accounting close deadlines; prepares quarterly detailed analysis of revenue transactions; and ensures compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls for revenue recognition.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and a CPA; a minimum of four years of accounting or finance experience, particularly with a public company; RevPro knowledge and experience; and SAP ERP and BW knowledge and experience.

Support Services Administrator

This position becomes proficient with features and key technologies of technical support applications used for CRM, contact center, user communities, and escalation processes; assists with reporting tasks; and manages day-to-day requests and changes related to support applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a science or technical discipline; a minimum of two years of work experience in an administration, technical, or IT position; and experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Camtasia or other video editing software.
