Community Mental Health Services Office Manager

This position maintains the daily office workflow of the clinic, including monitoring the Electronic Medical Record schedule; allocates clinic paperwork as needed; oversees CMHS’s day-to-day operation, including scheduling, billing, and collection; and coordinates community outreach events.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree; a minimum of one year of office administration experience in a mental health group practice or medical practice; fluency in both English and Spanish; and knowledge of HIPPA or other privacy policies related to mental health records.

Assistant Director of Campus Recreation for Fitness and Marketing

This position supervises graduate assistants, marketing interns, and campus recreation student staff; oversees the recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation of student staff; and manages daily operations, including scheduling classes and instructors and managing fitness studios.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in recreation administration and two years of fitness/wellness and marketing experience in a university setting; experience in student staff development; and knowledge of community resources and support services.

Senior Associate Director, Business and Systems Analytics Unit

This position provides functional and technical expertise relating to the development and maintenance of university systems; updates and maintains end user documentation relating to budget-related applications; and develops and maintains budget processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in information technology, accounting, finance, or an MBA; advanced skills in Microsoft Office software and Microsoft SharePoint; experience using SAP information system; and knowledge of nonprofit/governmental fund accounting.
