Stacy Martin, the Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing for Hankin Group, has been elected as President for the PA/NJ/DE Chapter of the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Institute for 2020.

Martin is the first female elected to the position since the chapter’s inception in 1979.

Certified Commercial Investment Members are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis, with less than one percent of commercial real estate professionals holding this prestigious designation.

The global organization boasts 50 chapters and 13,000 members in 30 countries, representing a projected $400 billion in closed transactions annually.

Martin has been with Hankin for 18 years. She oversees more than 1,500,000 square feet of real estate. Additionally, she serves on several boards, including those of the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry, Downingtown STEM Academy, and i2n.
