Hankin Group plans to develop a 44-unit apartment complex and an office building in Eagleview, writes Bill Rettew for the Daily Local News.
Plans also call for a new fitness center with a 25,000-square-foot destination park next to it.
According to Neal Fisher Jr., vice president of development for the Hankin Group, the park is “an amenity for the community and an amenity for us.”
The park will have 1,322 parking spaces.
