weatherstoneWeatherstone Town Center, the suburbs’ “newest downtown” located in Chester Springs, is home to a new Wawa.

Located at 1150 Pottstown Pike, the new Wawa will open at 8 AM on Thursday, Nov. 14 and offer free coffee throughout the day. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will also be held.

Open 24 hours, Wawa will offer fresh, built-to-order food, freshly brewed coffee, beverages, fuel services, and surcharge-free ATM services.

Hankin Group, the developer of Weatherstone Town Center, view the addition of this Wawa as a great feature for the community.

“Wawa is an awesome amenity to the Weatherstone community and a perfect fit with the rest of the mixed-use community plans,” said Michael Hankin, Chief Operations Officer of Hankin Group.

The grand-opening event will conclude with a Hoagies for Heroes contest to honor the bravery and commitment to community of the West Vincent Township Police and Ludwigs Corner Fire Company. The two groups will face off to see who can build the most hoagies in three minutes in the traditional Wawa way.

Wawa will present checks for $1,000 on behalf of the winners and runners up to the charities of their choice. All community members are welcome to attend the grand opening.
