The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree or higher in counseling or a related discipline and three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position supports employees and assists with HR transactional activities; serves as the onboarding partner for the campus; coordinates employee/labor relations, organizational development, and diversity initiatives; and analyzes data and prepares corresponding reports.
