This position supervises, monitors, and reviews the reporting staff’s daily and periodic completed assignments; compiles and advises on monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports; trains staff on established regulations and updated rules; and manages accountants’ career development.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics; CPA, CFA, CA, or other professional designation; experience at a hedge fund, private equity administrator, audit, or other financial institution; and three years of supervisory experience.

Client Onboarding Supervisor – Real Estate

This position acts as liaison between client staff and accounting/operations to on-board clients; analyzes, designs, sets up, and tests fund structures within company systems; performs due diligence analysis for scoping of on-boarding activities; and establishes plans for new client transitions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or information systems and CPA or CFA designations; a minimum of four years of real estate and/or private equity experience; and strong analytical and integration experience involving complex data sets.

Staff Accountant – Financial & Regulatory Reporting

This position prepares annual, semi-annual, and quarterly financial statements and drafts financial statement footnote disclosures; maintains annual audit support schedules; and prepares financial highlight disclosures, including calculations of total returns and expense analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics with a minimum of nine accounting credits; relevant accounting experience at an audit firm or hedge fund; and good communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
