Service Desk Support Analyst

The position will provide coverage, routing, and first-level response for internal enterprise Service Desk requests. He/she will provide first-level technical support for Vertex’s desktop computing environment and corporate network. The person will also act as a customer liaison to the Vertex user community, and interact with support analysts in facilitating requests and processes and providing updates on the status of a request.

The candidate will possess an Associate’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience. He/she will be proficient in supporting/troubleshooting a Microsoft Windows computing environment, including enterprise applications and basic hardware/peripherals/accessories. Excellent oral, written, problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills are required.

SAP Functional Consultant (Onsite or Remote)

The position will manage and perform the implementation of Vertex products and process with SAP ECC and CRM applications. This includes performing that analysis and configuration for the system to help clients realize their ultimate tax automation vision utilizing Vertex applications. He/she will Identify and investigate client implementation issues and concerns, manage expectations, and provide recommendations, alternatives, risks and benefits, advice, and guidance during all phases of the implementation.

The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline. MBAs and/or CPAs are preferred, while SAP Certifications and/or Credentials are recommended. He/she must have five years of experience in implementation and project management of SAP ECC, as well as experience with implementing Vertex Tax Technology products or competitive products.

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The position will develop and sustain effective working relationships with hiring managers, senior business leaders, and HR throughout the recruitment process. He/she will work closely and consult with manager on defining position scope and requirements and fit to the team and company, as well as through the full recruitment process. The person will partner with hiring managers to build candidate pool and to collaborate on optimum approaches to strengthen the candidate pool for various positions.

The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or have the equivalent work experience. PHR certification is preferred. He/she will have five years of experience in a full life-cycle recruiting role. Experience recruiting in taxation software environment is strongly desired.
