The Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce and WSFS Bank are teaming up once again to host the Eighth Annual Christmas Toy Drive Sponsored by WSFS Bank.

Several WSFS Bank locations will collect toys for local children in need until Saturday, Dec. 7, and they will present the toys at the annual Christmas Toy Drive Breakfast, held on Wednesday, Dec. 11.

Citizens throughout the region can help brighten a child’s holiday season by donating a new, unwrapped toy at one of the many participating WSFS Bank locations across the county. For added fun, the donation boxes have been decorated by West Chester Area School District students.

This year’s Toy Drive donations will go to Maternal and Child Health Consortium, The Care Center Foundation, and Friends Association for the Care and Protection of Children.

“WSFS Bank is proud to continue as the presenting sponsor for the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce’s annual Toy Drive, which coincides with the QVC West Chester Christmas Parade,” said WSFS Bank Senior Vice President Tim Jefferis. “Our associates and customers look forward to this time of year in joining the West Chester community’s spirit of giving.”

The Dec. 11 breakfast will be held at Saint Agnes School, located at 233 West Gay Street in West Chester, at 7:45 AM. Instead of payment, attendees are asked to bring a toy for donation. During this breakfast, the children of West Chester will be presented with their toys.

RSVP is requested for the breakfast. For more information on the event, drop-off locations, or breakfast, click here or contact the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce at 610-696-4046.
