Assistant Director of Graduate Enrollment – College of Education and Social Work

This position serves as the lead staff member for recruitment and admission initiatives for CESW graduate programs; provides timely customer service to all prospects, including follow-ups; and represents the CESW at recruitment events, including college fairs and open houses.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in education, student services, or a related discipline; a minimum of two years of experience related to admissions and recruitment in higher education; and experience in graduate recruitment or related talent acquisition practice.

Purchasing Agent 1 – Finance and Business Services

This position procures goods, including supplies, materials, equipment, and services in support of all university departments; manages formal and informal bidding and RFP development and implementation; and updates and maintains the WCU vendor database.

The ideal candidate will possess three years of purchasing experience involving contact with vendors or four years of stores or warehouse experience involving inventory control or requisitioning; knowledge of office practices and elementary bookkeeping; and effective oral and written communication skills.

Operations Specialist

This position participates in meetings regarding project development and scope setting; attends pre-construction and ongoing project process meetings; maintains and verifies the dining equipment inventory; and coordinates sanitation and sustainability programs with appropriate staff.

The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance and a minimum of three years of experience; the ability to use a computer to collect, compile, and assemble data and reports; and experience working with enterprise databases and data input.
