Billing Administrator

This position inputs completed provisioned orders into the billing system, including switched, dedicated, and hosted services; assists with the monthly billing report, revenue assurance, and billing audits; and ensures that clients remain informed on their outstanding balance and payment due dates.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED; a minimum of two years of experience with telecommunication service providers; experience processing data for billing purposes; knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook; and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Network Support Technician, Level 1

This position monitors and responds to all network alarms and notifications; performs necessary testing of underlying provider circuits; supports fraud detection initiatives with enabling and disabling international calling; and uses internal systems to create, update, close, and view customer records.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED; a minimum of two years of practical work experience in telecommunications or networking; and experience with remote testing and troubleshooting DS1, Ethernet over fiber, dark fiber, and SONET facilities.

Network Support Technician, Level 2

This position provides remote testing and troubleshoots DS1, fiber over Ethernet, and SONET facilities; troubleshoots TCP/IP connectivity issues; executes change requests and troubleshoots customer configurations on supported equipment; and provides remote training with customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED; two years of work experience in telecommunications or networking; two years of working knowledge of SIP, RTP, UDP, TCP and NAT technologies; and two years of advanced working knowledge and experience with Adtran and Cisco equipment.
