Pillar Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of the historic office building complex at the corner of Market and High streets in West Chester.

Pillar, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage based in West Chester, represented the buyers of the 30,000 square feet at 9 North High Street (the former First National Bank building) and 17 East Market Street (the former Turks Head Garage).

The interiors of these properties, which span three quarters of an acre, will be completely renovated to deliver office space suitable for the region’s premier businesses.
