As the beneficiary of the 33rd Annual Hankin Golf Invitational, Handi-Crafters encourages you to participate in the event’s Money Ball Drop.

The Invitational will be held on Monday, Oct. 7 at the Whitford Country Club in Exton. The Drop will take place at approximately 1 PM.

Golf balls can be purchased for $20 per ball or $100 for six. They will be numbered, entered into the contest, and dropped from an 80-foot boom lift (compliments of Knox Equipment Rental) and onto the fairway target.

Your golf ball could be a lucky winner, as three cash prizes will be awarded:

• $1,000 for the ball landing in the cup
• $500 for the ball landing closest to the pin
• $500 for the ball landing farthest from the pin

A nonprofit based in Thorndale, Handi-Crafters is a work center that empowers individuals with disabilities to lead more independent, productive, and fulfilling lives. In 2014, Hankin Group, which has been developing real estate for more than 55 years, designated proceeds from its annual corporate golf outing to benefit Handi-Crafters.

“The support of Hankin Group and the Hankin family has evolved over more than a decade,” said Amy Rice, Executive Director of Handi-Crafters. “We are grateful in every way by their continuous dedication.”

The Hankin Invitational has raised more than $1 million to support Handi-Crafters. The Invitational sells out each year with 58 teams and more than 100 corporate sponsors, including Bentley Systems, the event’s co-sponsor.
