This position serves as primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all areas of benefits; holds benefits orientation meetings for new employees and others who could become eligible for benefits; and conducts exit interviews for employees who have separated from the university.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of human resources experience; excellent oral and written communication skills; experience handling confidential information; strong customer service skills; and experience working in a fast-paced office environment.

Information Technology Generalist 1 – Multimedia Services EdTech & User Services

This position provides technical support of classroom and distance education audio/video equipment; maintains all campus multimedia facilities, as well as the general maintenance and repair of campus hardware and software; and installs, diagnoses, and repairs interactive technology.

The ideal candidate will possess one to three years of information technology experience in applications development, applications maintenance, networking or desktop services, web site development or design, or other IT support/administration services.

Director of Practicum/Internship Experiences

This position arranges practicum/internship placements for all MPH and BS Public Health students; assists other departments in managing an internship database; and manages the internship approval process for all students involved in practicum/internship experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in a discipline represented by the College of Health Sciences; experience working with affiliation agreements and practicum/internship sites; and knowledge and proficiency with technology, including database and survey platforms.
