Covenant Bank CEO John C. Spier and COO Blair T. Rush have announced the hiring of three employees at bank’s new Paoli branch.
Meghan Kelly has been hired as Vice President and Branch and Deposit Relationship Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, develop business, and attend community events. Previously, she worked in Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. Kelly is active in the community and serves on the Board of Directors for two local nonprofits, the Pennsylvania Resources Council and Friends of the Delaware County Women’s Commission. She’s also involved with the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, Main Line Chamber of Commerce, and the Wayne Women’s Networking Circle.
“We’re excited to introduce Covenant Bank to this new market, meet the local businesses, and show them how Covenant Bank can help them grow,” said Kelly. “We’ll serve as your ‘bridge to success’ by offering a full range of services without all the fees and customizing accounts to meet your needs.”
Sean Rinda has joined the Covenant Bank team as Vice President and Corporate Development Officer. Rinda will also develop business and introduce Covenant Bank to Chester County and the surrounding area. Having previously worked at other local banks, he has an impressive track record of bringing in deposits. He is very active in the community and has served on various nonprofit boards. Rinda is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce and is also involved with the Mail Line County Chamber of Commerce.
“Our office is unique because of our location; we have branch hours, but what makes us different is that we’ll come to you to talk about Covenant Bank and set up your accounts,” said Rinda. “This way, you can focus on your business, and we’ll help you to meet your financial goals.”
Kathy Milliken has been hired as a Universal Banker for the office. She has more than 13 years of experience in banking and is ready to help clients with all of their banking needs.
The branch is located in an office complex at 1500 East Lancaster Avenue and is already off to a great start.
“By adding a branch to our existing loan production office, we are able to offer a full menu of loan and deposit products for individuals and businesses, as well as accept deposits on site,” said Rush.
Kelly, Rinda, and Milliken join Covenant Bank’s existing Loan Production office staff that includes Jay Power, Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer, and Libby Reed, Loan Office Administrator.
