USA Today has released its 20 nominees selected by readers for its “Best Small Town Cultural Scene” award, and Media is one of them, writes Victor Fiorillo for Philadelphia magazine.

Readers can now vote by clicking here through May. The results will be published on May 17.

In addition to Media, Doylestown and Manayunk are among the 20 candidates for the honor.

Media, which bills itself as “Everybody’s Hometown,” has plenty of cultural events to offer both residents and visitors. This historic corner of Delaware County is particularly renowned for its Summer Dining Under the Stars.

The Media Theatre, which puts on musical productions, concerts, and performances just for kids, is another of the borough’s key attractions.
