This position is responsible for providing service to customers; performing a variety of duties relating to the paying and receiving and balancing functions; coordinating work within the unit, as well as with other units and departments; and reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor.

He/she will perform various clerical duties as assigned, including maintaining records and preparing a variety of forms; and will respond to inquiries relating to his/her particular area or to requests from customers, other bank personnel, etc., regarding balances, withdrawals, verification of accounts, etc. in an efficient manner.

Personal Banker (Kennett Square)

This position is responsible for working as an active member of the retail sales team by completing documentation and performing point-of-sale processing on all types of new accounts. He/she provides customers with direct service while taking advantage of selling and cross selling opportunities. The person communicates with sales management on factors affecting the sales and service function, and meets targeted goals and defined minimum standard requirements as required while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a four-year college degree or equivalent banking experience combined with a minimum of two years of direct sales experience; excellent interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills combined with a working knowledge of bank forms and documents; SAFE Act certification or the acquisition of it within 45 days of employment.

Senior Electronic Banking Customer Service Specialist (Downingtown)

This position will ensure daily compliance with all federal and state regulations; support the Electronic Banking program in order to ensure program’s success; supports and performs as the primary backup to the Wire Department when needed; assists Electronic Banking Manager with the implementation of all new products and systems that affect the electronic banking area; and performs maintenance and ensures accuracy of RDC and ACH exposure limits and expiration dates to track annual underwriting requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess three or more years of experience working with banking products; excellent internal/external customer service and communication skills; and professionalism in demeanor with the ability to maintain total discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of position.

Loan Accounting Administrator (Downingtown)

This position will analyze consumer and commercial loan documentation to ascertain specific data to be entered into the system; upload and book all types of loans into the Fiserv Premier System using the interface with LaserPro Loan Origination System; and review all new commercial and consumer loan documents for accuracy to ensure they detail the approved terms and parameters.

The ideal candidate will possess proficient verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and analytical abilities; a strong understanding of commercial and consumer loans gained from a combination of formal training and work experience; and five or more years of experience working with loans dealing with various accounting transactions, as well as file maintenance review and post-closing functions.
