Facilities Assistant Finance Manager

This position monitors the financial health of facilities projects and researches and corrects discrepancies; maintains project financial records on the facilities server; and provides assistance to managers in preparing annual operating budgets.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related discipline; a minimum of three years of accounting or finance experience; knowledge of PeopleSoft, SAP, or other enterprise financial systems; and thorough knowledge of Excel.

Artist Illustrator 2

This position performs highly skilled work in the preparation of art projects utilizing many different media; researches, plans, and executes design projects; renders complex illustrations, layouts, and designs; and formats projects for publication in various formats.

The ideal candidate will possess three years of progressively responsible art experience, including illustration preparation and general display and exhibits work; two years of formal training in fine arts or design; and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Assistant Vice President for Employee and Labor Relations

This position proposes, drafts, and implements issue management and problem-resolution strategies; develops and implements best practices for all employee relation processes; and assists managers by interpreting, explaining, and applying collective bargaining agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree; a minimum of three years of professional employee or labor relations experience; and experience managing multiple collective bargaining agreements in a college or university setting;
