Water Damage Specialist
This position performs tasks related to water pumping and extraction and mold radiation; builds proper containments using accurate calculations and proper equipment, including Neg Air and HEPA vacuums; and removes debris from contaminated areas while protecting customer personal belongings.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to perform appropriate usage of a variety of tools, including weighted extractors, water claws, and portable extraction units; excellent customer service skills; the ability to work efficiently; and the ability to work nights and travel as needed.

Carpenter
This position coordinates a small crew of unskilled laborers on residential projects; utilizes carpentry tools and related equipment to perform tasks related to floodcutting and salvaging woodwork; and performs emergency services, including board-ups and securing buildings.
The ideal candidate will be well grounded in the fundamentals of carpentry and tool usage; will be able to take direction from experienced carpenters and supervisors; and will have knowledge of framing, trim installation, and cabinetry installation.

Fire Damage Specialist – Basic
This position performs dry and wet pre-cleaning under supervision; safely removes debris, maintains equipment, and aids in the installation and maintenance of containments; and utilizes industry standard odor and smoke removal techniques.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform basic tasks relative to dry and pre-cleaning damaged structures; will be able to build containment structures and manipulate the contents; and will possess good customer service skills and an excellent attention to detail.
